The HELLA 5HE 996 152-151 is an adjustable pick-up delay timer: apply voltage to the input and the output relay closes only after the set interval has elapsed. A DIP switch selects the time base and a potentiometer fine-tunes the delay anywhere from zero to 900 seconds.
