The HELLA 4RC 933 364-027 is a bistable 12 volt micro relay: a short pulse to the coil flips the contacts, and they stay latched until the opposite pulse arrives. Because the coil is not continuously energised, it draws no holding current, which makes it well suited to circuits that must hold a state for long periods without adding parasitic load.
