The HELLA 4DW 009 492-111 is a 12 volt LED flasher unit covering the 3+1 load case: three direction indicators on the towing vehicle and one on an optional trailer. It reads the ISO 13207-1 self-test pulse from HELLA LED indicators, so a failed lamp is still reported to the driver.
