HELLA's Turbo fan is a compact two-speed cabin fan that pivots and locks in any direction, so it can be aimed at the occupants or straight at a fogged windshield. The 8EV 003 361-002 is the 12 volt version in black, with a quiet German-built motor and a soft plastic impeller behind a protective grille.
