The Garrett GT3788VA Turbocharger is a direct-fit replacement for 2004.5-2010 GM 6.6L Duramax LLY LBZ LMM. The turbocharger drives a compressor off exhaust energy to raise intake charge density, and it has a direct effect on power, torque, and exhaust temperature.
