Go Fast Bits part gfb6116. Spring choice on a GFB valve comes down to idle vacuum: too firm and the valve is slow to open, too soft and it hovers open at idle.
This is the softer of the two standard rates, correct for plumb-back setups and low vacuum engines. Swap to gfb6115 if you convert to atmospheric venting and the piston will not seat.
