Go Fast Bits (GFB) part gfb5520. When a diverter valve is converted to atmospheric venting the old plumb-back hose has to be sealed, otherwise the intake tract draws unmetered air and the engine runs badly.
This plug does that job on 20mm hose. Complete atmosphere conversion kits including a plug, trumpet and firmer spring are available as gfb5920, gfb5925, gfb5930 and gfb5933.
