For high performance 5.9L and 6.7L Cummins engines that exceed 3,500 rpm, Fluidampr recommends pinning the damper to the crankshaft. This kit supplies the dowel pin and the tooling needed to drill the crank accurately.

Installation Notes

Fluidampr states the current dowel pin fitment is not an update path for dampers already installed with the older drill pin kit, because the new pin is smaller and a slight press fit. Pin the damper before installing the Full Power Kit, p/n 300008, and make sure the pin sits flush or below flush with the damper face.
