Fluidampr's Performance Diesel Series damper for the 2001-2005 GM 6.6L Duramax LB7 and LLY replaces the factory balancer with a viscous unit that keeps working as power levels rise. It is externally balanced and includes the hardened crankshaft washer used on GM applications.

- Viscous design uses a free-rotating inertia ring sealed inside a laser-welded steel housing, shearing through silicone to convert crankshaft torsional vibration into heat.
- Supplied with a hardened crankshaft washer machined for the GM 3.200 in. bolt circle, replacing the factory crank bolt washer.
- 8-3/8 in. outside diameter, 23 lbs total weight with 15.4 lbs rotating weight.
- CNC machined, computer balanced high-grade steel with a corrosion resistant black zinc chromate finish.
- SFI 18.1 certified and made in the USA.

Installation Notes
OEM crank bolt torque is 74 ft-lbs plus an additional 105 degrees; the bolt is torque-to-yield and must be replaced. Fluidampr recommends the Duramax High Strength Bolt Kit, p/n 300010, at higher power levels and the Duramax Drill Pin Kit, p/n 300019, for added retention.
