Released in 2024 for 2001 and newer Chevy and GM 6.6L Duramax applications, this kit adds a positive mechanical engagement point between a Fluidampr damper and the crankshaft. Fluidampr recommends pinning the damper on performance and competition Duramax engines.

Installation Notes

The damper is installed on the crank with a friction washer but without the crank bolt and hardened washer, then the fixture is clocked 180 degrees from the factory key. Press or tap the pin in until it is flush or below flush with the damper face.
