Built to correct a known weak point in the Cummins cooling system, this Fleece Performance Coolant Bypass kit fits 2007.5-2012 Ram 2500/3500 6.7L Cummins and evens out coolant temperature from front to rear.
Key Features
- Secondary thermostat operates on temperature rather than pressure, so flow increases before pressure becomes a problem
- Increases coolant flow to the rear cylinders and lowers coolant temperature there
- Helps prevent the pressure build-up that pushes out external freeze plugs and the smaller plugs under the valve cover
- AN O-ring fittings and braided nylon hose for a leak-free installation
