The Fleece Performance Freedom Series 5.9L Cummins Cylinder Head is a fully remanufactured Cummins cylinder head for 2003-2007 Dodge Ram 2500/3500 5.9L Cummins, built in Fleece's own cylinder head machine shop and finished ready to bolt on.
