A diesel that pulls fuel under vacuum through a partly blocked filter starves the injection pump long before anything shows on a gauge, and the pump is the expensive part. The FASS 17-19 Silverado 6.6L Duramax L5P Titanium Sig 140GPH (store SKU fassTSC13180F140G) replaces the factory supply with a Titanium Signature Series lift pump, filter and air separation system.

  • Rated at 140 GPH — that is the number to match to your build, since an under-sized system starves the pump and an over-sized one simply costs more.
  • Requires a tune — this L5P system will not run correctly on stock calibration, so budget for tuning as part of the install.
  • Titanium Signature Series — the series determines the filtration and mounting arrangement, so it is not interchangeable with the other FASS lines.
  • Separates air and vapour out of the fuel before it reaches the injection pump, which is the failure mode that quietly shortens pump and injector life.
