A diesel that pulls fuel under vacuum through a partly blocked filter starves the injection pump long before anything shows on a gauge, and the pump is the expensive part. The FASS 05-18 Ram 2500 5.9L/6.7L Cummins Titanium Sig 165GPH (store SKU fassTSD07165G) replaces the factory supply with a Titanium Signature Series lift pump, filter and air separation system.
- Rated at 165 GPH — that is the number to match to your build, since an under-sized system starves the pump and an over-sized one simply costs more.
- Titanium Signature Series — the series determines the filtration and mounting arrangement, so it is not interchangeable with the other FASS lines.
- Separates air and vapour out of the fuel before it reaches the injection pump, which is the failure mode that quietly shortens pump and injector life.
Fits: 2005-2018 and 2021-2024 Cummins 5.9L and 6.7L trucks — Dodge Ram 2500/3500 through 2010, Ram 2500/3500 from 2011. Coverage is not continuous: 2019 and 2020 trucks are not included and take the 2019-2020 platform system instead.
