A diesel that pulls fuel under vacuum through a partly blocked filter starves the injection pump long before anything shows on a gauge, and the pump is the expensive part. The FASS 99-07 F250 7.3L No-Drop TS Plus 220GPH (store SKU fssndtspf14250f220g) replaces the factory supply with a No-Drop Series Plus lift pump, filter and air separation system.
- Rated at 220 GPH — that is the number to match to your build, since an under-sized system starves the pump and an over-sized one simply costs more.
- Sized for 600 to 900 HP — pick the band your build actually runs rather than the largest one available.
- No-Drop Series Plus — the series determines the filtration and mounting arrangement, so it is not interchangeable with the other FASS lines.
- Separates air and vapour out of the fuel before it reaches the injection pump, which is the failure mode that quietly shortens pump and injector life.
