The factory pressure relief valve dumps to return exactly when a built truck needs rail pressure most. The Exergy 04-10 Duramax LLY/LBZ/LMM 2600Bar PRV (store SKU xrgE07 00018) raises that threshold so the fuel stays where it is doing work.

  • Opens at 2600 bar (37700 PSI) instead of the factory threshold, so the rail holds pressure where a stock valve would bleed off.
  • Threads into the factory PRV location, so this is a component swap rather than a fuel system redesign.
  • Raising the relief point only helps if the pump can supply the volume — treat it as one part of the fuel system, not a standalone fix.

Fits: 2004-2010 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD/3500 HD and GMC Sierra 2500 HD/3500 HD with the 6.6L Duramax LLY, LBZ or LMM. The 2004 split is mid-year: earlier-2004 trucks are LB7 and use a different leak rail.

Perfect for a truck running rail pressure above stock that keeps bleeding off through the factory valve.
