When the rail pressure falls off at the top of the run, the injection pump is out of capacity — no tune recovers that. The Exergy 11-19 Power Stroke 10mm CP4.2 Pump (store SKU xrgE04 40106) restores the volume the Power Stroke 6.7L needs to hold pressure under load.
- Built for the Scorpion 6.7L Power Stroke injector, which is a different unit to the earlier 6.0L and 6.4L designs.
- 10mm stroker internals move materially more fuel per revolution, which is what holds rail pressure when the injectors get large.
- Built on a Scorpion-based core. That is the donor pump it is machined from, not the vehicle it fits — check the Fits line.
- CP4.2 platform — confirm which pump your truck left the factory with, since the families do not interchange.
Fits: 2011-2019 Ford F-250, F-350 and F-450 with the 6.7L Power Stroke (Scorpion).
