Fits: 2006-2007 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD/3500 HD and GMC Sierra 2500 HD/3500 HD with the 6.6L Duramax LBZ. The 2007 split is mid-year: later-2007 trucks are LMM and take an LMM part instead.
