Injector return leaks are hard to trace and easy to blame on the injectors themselves. The Exergy 04-10 Duramax LLY/LBZ/LMM Passenger Side Leak Rail (store SKU xrgE05 10010) replaces the leak-off path on the Duramax LLY/LBZ/LMM.
- Passenger side assembly — order the side you need, as they are not interchangeable.
- Replaces the return path rather than the injectors, which is often where the actual leak is hiding.
- Supplied as an assembly so the connections are correct rather than rebuilt from mismatched parts.
Fits: 2004-2010 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD/3500 HD and GMC Sierra 2500 HD/3500 HD with the 6.6L Duramax LLY, LBZ or LMM. The 2004 split is mid-year: earlier-2004 trucks are LB7 and use a different leak rail.
Perfect for chasing a return leak to its actual source rather than replacing injectors on suspicion.
