The small retaining clips are the parts that go missing on the bench and stop a rebuild dead. The Exergy 04-10 Duramax LLY/LBZ/LMM Retaining Clip Set of 8 (store SKU xrgE05 10012) replaces them as a set.
- Supplied as a set of 8 — a full engine's worth, because mixing new injectors with tired ones puts the cylinders out of balance.
- Small parts that are easily lost or deformed on removal, and which the job cannot be completed without.
- Supplied as a set so you are not short one clip at the point of reassembly.
Fits: 2004-2010 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD/3500 HD and GMC Sierra 2500 HD/3500 HD with the 6.6L Duramax LLY, LBZ or LMM. The 2004 split is mid-year: earlier-2004 trucks are LB7 and use a different leak rail.
Perfect for a bench rebuild where the small parts are what stop progress.
