This is competition-level fuelling, and it is not a bolt-on. The Exergy 04-05 Duramax LLY New 300% Over Injector Set/8 (store SKU xrgE02 10256) is built for a Duramax LLY that already has the pump, the air and the tuning to use it.
- Flows 300% over stock, so the extra fuel is there when the tune calls for it — plan supporting fuel supply and calibration to match.
- New units, not remanufactured — every wear part is new rather than an inspected core, which is what you want on a build you do not intend to revisit.
- Includes internal modification — this is a physically modified injector, not just a nozzle change, and it needs tuning written for it.
- Supplied as a set of 8 — a full engine's worth, because mixing new injectors with tired ones puts the cylinders out of balance.
Fits: 2004-2005 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD/3500 HD and GMC Sierra 2500 HD/3500 HD with the 6.6L Duramax LLY. The 2004 split is mid-year: earlier-2004 trucks are LB7 and take an LB7 part instead.
Perfect for a competition engine where the fuel system was designed as a system, not assembled piece by piece.
