Injector seals and copper washers are single-use, and reusing them is how a clean job turns into a return trip. The Exergy 01-04 Duramax LB7 Seal Kit (store SKU xrgE05 10104) covers the seals you must not reuse on the Duramax LB7.
- Covers the o-rings and copper sealing washers that are single-use by design, which is the usual cause of a repeat leak after an injector job.
- Worth having on the bench before you start, since discovering a missing seal mid-job stops the work entirely.

Fits: 2001-2004 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD/3500 HD and GMC Sierra 2500 HD/3500 HD with the 6.6L Duramax LB7. The 2004 split is mid-year: later-2004 trucks are LLY and take an LLY part instead.
