This is competition-level fuelling, and it is not a bolt-on. The Exergy 01-04 Duramax LB7 Reman 500% Over Injector Set/8 (store SKU xrgE01 10164) is built for a Duramax LB7 that already has the pump, the air and the tuning to use it.
- Flows 500% over stock, so the extra fuel is there when the tune calls for it — plan supporting fuel supply and calibration to match.
- Remanufactured to Exergy's spec and flow-matched as a set — the cost-effective route when you want balance without paying for new bodies.
- Includes internal modification — this is a physically modified injector, not just a nozzle change, and it needs tuning written for it.
- Supplied as a set of 8 — a full engine's worth, because mixing new injectors with tired ones puts the cylinders out of balance.
Fits: 2001-2004 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD/3500 HD and GMC Sierra 2500 HD/3500 HD with the 6.6L Duramax LB7. The 2004 split is mid-year: later-2004 trucks are LLY and take an LLY part instead.
