Hot Shot's Secret Diesel Winter Anti-Gel is a 7-in-1 winter treatment that lowers the cloud point, cold filter plugging point and pour point of diesel fuel while adding premium-fuel qualities year-round in the cold months.
This 1 gallon bottle treats up to 1,000 gallons of fuel.
Key Features
- Lowers the cold filter plugging point to help prevent clogged fuel filters and fuel lines
- Lowers the cloud point, cold filter plugging point and pour point by up to 25 degrees from the baseline fuel
- Lowers the pour point of treated diesel fuel to -65°F
- Contains a de-icer that disperses moisture to prevent filter icing
- Includes a cetane improver for quicker cold starts and improved power
- Adds premium diesel qualities: detergency, stability, lubricity and winter operability
- Sulfur content does not exceed 15 ppm
Application
Recommended for all diesel engines, including Dodge and Ram Cummins, GM Duramax, Ford Power Stroke, semi-trucks, marine, agricultural equipment and standard automotive diesels. Use only in #2 diesel up to B20. Minimum recommended product storage temperature is 32°F.
How to Use
Use at every fill-up any time temperatures drop below 32°F. Recommended treatment rate is 1:1000 for #2 diesel; a 4 oz bottle treats 31 gallons and a 16 oz bottle treats 125 gallons.
