The feed pump lifts fuel from the tank and supplies the injection pump at consistent pressure; weak supply pressure starves the injection pump and causes hard starting, power loss under load and premature pump wear. Manufactured to original-equipment specification by Delphi, a diesel fuel injection supplier with more than 60 years of OE engineering behind it.
