Upgrade the strength, durability, and suspension performance of your truck with the BDS Heavy Duty Radius Arm Upgrade designed for 2023–2026 Ford Super Duty 4WD trucks. Built to replace the weak factory stamped steel radius arms, these heavy-duty tubular arms deliver increased strength, improved suspension geometry, and better ground clearance for lifted applications.
Constructed from 1-3/4-inch outside diameter heavy-wall steel tubing, these radius arms are fully welded and reinforced with support gussets to provide superior durability under demanding off-road and heavy-duty driving conditions. Compared to factory arms, the tubular design improves structural rigidity while also providing additional clearance for larger tires and suspension movement.
The BDS radius arms are engineered to correct suspension geometry when used with 2–6 inch lift kits, helping maintain proper caster alignment and improving steering stability on lifted Super Duty trucks. The design also offers improved ground clearance compared to factory radius arms or drop bracket systems.
Large OE-style rubber bushings help isolate noise, vibration, and harshness while maintaining maintenance-free operation. Lower cam slots are incorporated into the arms to allow easier caster adjustment during installation, helping installers properly dial in alignment on lifted trucks.
Finished in a durable textured black powder coat, these heavy-duty radius arms offer long-lasting corrosion resistance and a clean, professional appearance.
