Engineered for serious capability, improved geometry, and aggressive stance, this complete system delivers clearance for up to 37-inch tires while maintaining exceptional ride quality and drivability.
At the heart of this upgrade is the BDS 4-Link Conversion System, replacing the factory stamped radius arms with heavy-duty upper and lower control arms mounted to high-strength ¼-inch steel brackets. This design dramatically improves caster control, axle positioning, and suspension articulation through the full range of wheel travel.
Up front, diesel-specific Pro-Ride dual-rate coil springs provide predictable ride quality both on pavement and off road. A forged drop pitman arm and heavy-duty track bar relocation bracket correct steering geometry, ensuring proper handling and reduced bump steer at the new ride height.
For premium damping performance, this system features FOX 2.5 Performance Elite remote reservoir shocks with DSC (Dual Speed Compression) adjustment, allowing you to fine-tune suspension performance for terrain, load, and driving style.
In the rear, a fabricated lift block system levels the stance while maintaining proper driveline angles. Brake line brackets and all necessary hardware are included for a true bolt-on installation.
