Engineered specifically for dually Super Duty trucks, this suspension system improves handling, ride quality, and ground clearance while maintaining the strength required for towing and heavy-duty use.
The front suspension system features diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs designed to provide the correct lift height and smooth ride characteristics across varying terrain. These progressive-rate springs are paired with a heavy-duty 4-link conversion system that replaces the factory radius arm setup, improving suspension geometry, strength, and overall stability throughout suspension travel.
To maintain proper steering alignment at the lifted ride height, the kit includes track bar relocation brackets and steering correction components that help keep the front axle centered while reducing bump steer and maintaining factory steering characteristics. The upgraded suspension geometry improves handling both on and off the road.
Because of the increased ride height, the system also includes a transfer case indexing solution and updated crossmember components to maintain correct driveline angles while allowing continued use of factory drivetrain components.
In the rear, the kit utilizes high-strength fabricated lift blocks and extended u-bolts to provide proper rear lift while maintaining the truck’s payload capacity and towing capability. FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks provide improved damping control and ride comfort, delivering better handling and stability whether driving on the highway or navigating rough terrain.
Built with durability and performance in mind, the BDS 5 Inch 4-Link Lift Kit provides the strength, clearance, and suspension control required to run larger tires while maintaining the reliability and capability expected from Ford Super Duty trucks.
