Engineered for serious off-road use and heavy-duty diesel trucks, this suspension system delivers improved articulation, enhanced ride quality, and superior durability.
This system replaces the factory suspension components with heavy-duty tubular BDS radius arms, improving caster control and suspension strength while maximizing ground clearance. The upgraded radius arms provide improved axle positioning and increased articulation for better handling both on-road and off-road.
At the front, the suspension is transformed with a FOX 2.5 Performance Elite coilover conversion system. These high-performance coilovers feature large diameter aluminum bodies, remote reservoirs, and Dual Speed Compression (DSC) adjusters that allow drivers to fine-tune suspension performance for varying terrain, loads, and driving conditions.
The rear suspension is supported by FOX 2.5 Performance Elite remote reservoir shocks, delivering consistent damping performance and improved ride quality even during aggressive off-road driving or heavy towing conditions.
A transfer case indexing ring is included to correct driveline angles created by the lift height, ensuring proper drivetrain operation. Optional FOX 2.0 hydraulic bump stops can also be added to provide additional impact absorption during high-speed off-road driving and large suspension compressions.
Built for durability and performance, this BDS suspension system allows clearance for up to 37-inch tires with the proper wheel setup, making it an excellent upgrade for diesel truck owners building a capable off-road or overland Ram 3500.
