Upgrade the stance, capability, and off-road performance of your 2025–2026 Chevy Silverado or GMC Sierra 1500 diesel 4WD with the BDS 4-inch suspension lift kit. Designed to enhance both on-road handling and off-road durability, this system delivers increased ground clearance, improved suspension geometry, and clearance for up to 33-inch tires.
The system features BDS’s high-clearance crossmember design, engineered to maximize ground clearance while maintaining factory drivability and suspension strength. CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles correct steering geometry at the new ride height while maintaining proper ESC functionality and steering performance.
Up front, the kit uses top-mounted strut spacers, heavy-duty crossmembers, differential relocation brackets, and skid plates to ensure proper CV axle angles while protecting critical drivetrain components during off-road use.
In the rear, the lift system utilizes a high-strength fabricated lift block and extended U-bolts to level the truck while maintaining factory ride quality and load capacity. The suspension is paired with BDS NX2 Nitro shocks, featuring nitrogen-charged twin-tube construction and velocity-sensitive valving to provide improved ride control and durability on and off the road.
