When you ship us your pump there are a few important things that need to be done.

• Place your contact information in the box with your pump; please include your name, address, and phone number and any information about the vehicle and engine that might help us in the repair of your pump
• Please drain all of the fuel and oil from the pump
• Place your pump in 2 or 3 plastic bags to avoid and leakage to the outside of the box.
• Pack it like its fine china, Pumps can easily be damaged during shipping.
• Place insurance on it with the shipper, if the shipping company looses your pump they can be expensive to replace and sometimes it’s hard to find a replacement pump.
